Have you been getting limited with paypal more recently?

Recently almost all of my paypal accounts are getting limited
New ones as well even if I havent sold anything on them
Are you guys also having this issue?
Please advise! :help:

Why are you reusing an old IP

Try to not make new threads on what is basically the same issue.

You need to read up on your methods of account creation.

Never reuse old info and that includes IP
