cannot receive money in pp
 

hi,

i bought VCC for paypal verification. It is mastercard and it was accepted. But then i tried to send money to this new pp account but it cannot receive money.

then in the new pp account there is mastercard verification which i am trying which requires 4 digit number from the vcc seller. but i haven't received any message.

so what is going on? what is the process? can i receive money once i entered VCC into pp?

can somebody explain the process?

What is the amount you are trying to transfer?

Which country PayPal?

i tried $20. don't want to disclose country.

do i need to confirm the mastercard in paypal after i entered the VCC card information?

my question is whether during VCC paypal verification we have to confirm the mastercard in order to fully be able to send/receive money via paypal.

i guess this has nothing to do with country according to my guess and is a step that everyone has to go through.

correct me if i am incorrect
