Hello.

I want to try add Loadoo VCC to paypal but paypal was give me message " This card is not accepted please use diferent card "


Has anyone solve this problem ?

Thought as much.

My experience this week is cards with that bin are no longer accepted. Atleast on paypal UK. I can't speak for other countries

Has Loadoo change BIN weekly ?

This BIN doesnt work for Latvia as well. They didnt respond me in support ( Loadoo )

BIN works perfectly, cards are being added to PayPal every day. As we see, latest PP code from UK PayPal was received around 1 hour ago.

P.S. Please allow some time to be answered by Loadoo support team, email is not a chat, you know :)

Those cards are definitely causing issues on paypal UK muzzle, just FYI.

I can confirm cards with that bin doesn't work on paypal anymore.
I tried from different sites, it turns out that both those sites have the same bin and paypal
didn't accept non of those cards.

These cards have an issue for about 2 weeks already. The issue is that if they are unverified, they are allowed to make only 5 transactions per day. Somehow this feature is glitched, so if the card is added to ebay, and then you want to put it into PP, it will fail, as some ghost transactions seen only by the bank appear, and prevent further usage. So my idea is to link card to PP first, and do not touch it in the next 24h, so limits would go off and it can be used with EB.

I was used on first for paypal. I dont need this cards for ebay.

Its not worked even on paypal when was try to add. I was called to paypal, ask them why they didnt accept my credit card - they told me "yes we can see that cos you was tryed to add card with ending XXX but your card issuer was declained small amount for charge. So basicly bank was blocked paypal transaction.

Ok i will wait next 24h and then i will try again.

Loadoo cant fix this problem. I have asked to change card or issu new but they asked me alredy second day to eait more 24h.

Please beavare with that company.

I just added a card with this BIN with no issue. Make sure you have a few £ in the card!

Just added Loadoo card to my Latvian PP account, about 10 minutes ago. Worked flawlessly. So I assume you either do your stealth operation very wrong, or just forgot to add some money to the card. Also, after the card is created, it should be added to PP straight away, adding it to EB first may cause issues, as well as trying to be accurate on required balance up to cents, as PP sometimes wants up to 4 euros to be on the card.

Do you add the card, confirm and submit code? - I do all this either within the same day, next day or a few days after, but all have the same results... Email from PayPal saying the CC cause problems and they want to submit ID and CC statement.

Really depends on the setup you are using. Sometimes if the IP address you use is A BIT shady - it will throw that limitation out if you use this card. Also, certain countries do not like this card at all.

Thanks for getting back to me.

So basically PayPal now holds these types of cards as high risk and to use them plus anything else that they regard as high risk (which is a lot) will limit the account and in turn make it hard to pass the verification.

So probably best to avoid just like how Entropay turned out.

Same thing happen with me.The reason was "card Name". I think Your PayPal name and your VCC card name both aren't same.
For Example
If your card name is "John"
but your paypal account name is different like "Alex"
paypal won't account t

There is no technical possibility for the PP to see what is the name on the card. So that can not be an issue.

I only get this error if the account is old... or i used a different card on it before. If it is brand new it will always accept the card.

I have added loadoo card to Germany paypal, have verified it, but paypal still asks me to verify the card even I have already verified that. Did someone had the same problem?
