Question about PayPal Tax Reporting

Hello!

I understand that sales volume needs to exceed $20,000 AND 200 transactions, but in my case, I'm only going to exceed $20,000 in about 18 transactions. Would the reporting still apply to me?

I'm selling my dad's really old machinery on craigslist and eBay.
