I've received a rather strange infraction from PayPal. I was using this account since January, selling partially high-risk brands like Beats.
I withdrew £150.00 yesterday which was pending and woke up to this email out of no where.
It seems instead of limiting the account, I cannot login to it and the password reset system indicates that it doesn't exist, but when attempting to use the email again in registration, it shows as existing already.
Here's the email I received;
SUBJECT: PayPal Final Decision
CONTENT:
Dear XXXX Services,
To protect all members of our online community, we must part ways with you.
We've reviewed your PayPal account and determined there is excessive risk
involved in doing business with you. Your account has been closed and any pending transactions have been cancelled.
Your account cannot be re-opened and any funds in your PayPal balance have been withdrawn to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - please allow 3-4 working days for funds to reach your bank account.
If you'd like more information about our policies, please read our User
Agreement. Click 'Legal Agreements' at the bottom of any PayPal page, and
then click 'User Agreement for PayPal Service.'

I'm not sure what triggered it, but the fact they didn't keep the account opened or hold the funds for 180 days would suggest that perhaps they simply don't like the items I was selling or were feeling generous
who knows...
Time to start from scratch again I think!
