New Phone number - not recognized yet.

Does anyone have any clue how much time should I wait for a number to be recognized by PayPal system? 180 days are up, and I need to add a Bank Account so i can withdraw. The problem is that the system it's keeping showing me to verify the old number...

On a good standing account (not limited) it's usually somewhere between 20-30 days.

If this is a limited account, it almost has to be done over the phone with paypal. They do not seem to make it as easy as it once was
