Withdrawing in Canada.

I have 10 limited Canadian accounts. I will be in Canada next week, I am European. Is it easy to get 10 accounts there and just withdraw my money from my business accounts? any tips? I would add US bank accounts I Have but... I don't have the phone number...and i am to shy to call paypal. each time i called i got rejected....
