Got paypal limited email, but login to paypal nowhere does it say it's limited
 

Long story short:

New account 5/500. Sold 4 out of 5 really fast, 39.99. Did not confirm email so eBay all selling shows paypal payment pending. So, confirmed email, then the blue print shipping label button finally showed up.

Get paypal limited email. Login to paypal, nothing indicates that paypal has been limited. What should I do? Should I ship my items? Not sure if I can issue refund because account is supposedly limited, but at the same time, not.

Well, it's probably a phishing scam. Hopefully you logged in by typing in the Pypl website address in a browser and logging in directly through there rather than clicking on that link in the email. You're an experienced user, so you probably know this already.

The account probably has a soft limit on it if the email for sure came from Pypl themselves. I say give it about 24-25 hours from the time you received the email, then log in to paypal and if all is still good, ship the items.

Have you had a look in the resolution center? they changed the way you see a limitation.
If theres nothing in the resolution center then its most likely a phishing scam.

Well, that beats accounts getting limited with no email at all. Happened to me three times now.

I got two of those too recently. It seems like a pretty common thing PayPal has been doing lately

Yeah, lots of scams out there, never respond by clicking a link in an email.
