FIRST OFF I'LL LIKE TO SAY HEY TO EVERYONE THIS IS MY FIRST TIME POSTING. ANYWAYS TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT.......

I HAD A UNVERIFED PREMIER ACCOUNT AND I SENT A INVOICE FOR $720 TO A BUYER WHICH PAYED INSTANTLY.. I WENT TO EBAY AND PURCHASE AN ITEM FOR $50 SHIPPED ABOUT 30MIN LATER I GOT LIMITED WHICH I ALREADY EXPECTED...THEN i notice this

so anyway i called paypal and the person i spoke with told me that i should not worry its on the seller to provide tracking and to make sure that the item is delivered??? i just wanna know if this is really true. any words would be respected.

Always have a verified paypal account.
No reason for the seller to not supply a tracking number,imo. If you are worried contact them....

no i'm not worried i just want to know why would paypal just open an investigation. after i already made the payment?

'Cos it is paypal. They open investigations to protect themselves. You may know everything is OK but paypal decides to check, part of the problems of using them:peace:

its for paypals protection. if you where out ripping people off they don't want to lose that money. they'll pull it from who you spent it with.
