Hello, i have a question. If my canadian paypal hits 20.000$ will they ask me for ssn? Its a stealth account. If i will not provide that. Will i be able to withdraw my funds after 180 days. Or not? Will they keep my money untill i provide with ssn? Any other problems? With ebay or so?

The $20k annual limit is a requirement imposed on US paypal accounts by the IRS - a federal regulation for taxation purposes.
Hence it does not apply to Any account other than US based ones.

Thank you. Does it mean, I can continue to use my Canadian PayPal without any problems? It's already hited 250 sales. Are you sure Canadian PayPal doesn't has same rules as US Paypal?

@Rano, are you based in Canada? Canada does not use SSN - that's for US pp. Canada pp has its own requests should you hit high numbers...

Well there will be addition option like I'm not US citizen. So you put this mark and no problem in future. I have same issue before on my Korea paypal account when i hit 20000$. So don't worry.

Go to the Canadian Revenue Service, or whatever they call it, and look it up, should be easy enough to find.

Or PP probably has a 'help' subject about it.
