Problems buying on EBay with Paypal
 

Hi there,

I wondered if anyone out there new how to resolve this issue.

I have purchased a few items on EBay with Paypal with no issues.

Now all of sudden when i go to buy anything, even a 99 cent item i get hit with the messages below:

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:
Select a different payment option.
Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.

Or

This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

I have called Paypal and they were absolutely no help at all! They said its up to there computers & at this time your payment wont go threw because there servers won't let it, for reasons unknown.

I have more than enough money on my Paypal balance to cover the cost of the items.

I can't currently buy anything on EBay because i get hit with that message.

Any ideas?

I'm going to call Paypal again later, but i a not expecting much help.

Are you using the PayPal balance to buy items or a VCC linked to the PayPal?

Use your credit card or wait for PayPal to fix the problem if you desperate for that blow up doll drive there and pay cash and get some lube [emoji12]

Im using a Paypal balance.
