US Accounts - Adding a VBA will be enough?

For US Accounts - Adding a VBA will be enough.. or you will be VERIFIED only when you also add a VCC or a SSN?

In my past experience i noticed that running EU accounts without sending docs... it will end up BAD. Even if you "verified" your account with a VCC. Don't know for US as docs are not required there. For Canada a VBA will work as docs for EU.

So? Opinions?

Verification on USA occurs with bank. VCC is for confirmation. SSN is...well, up to paypal to request it.

SSN or EIN is also a mandatory requirement once you hit (or paypal projects youll hit) a total of $20,000 in a calendar year.
