Can/Do PayPal cancel withdrawals then limit account?
 

I have a week old Paypal account and I sold my Xbox and an old iPad for £570. I have already withdrawn £70 and there is still no limitation or 'Notification of Cancelled Withdrawal'. If I do withdraw the rest will it cause a limitation and will that potential limit cancel the withdrawal.

Yes, pending withdrawals can he cancelled/reversed for any reason, but mostly if you get a dispute/case that would result in a negative balance, or some other indicator there is a problem.

Withdraw slowly every week. 2x 70$ more for next 2 weeks will be ok. consider yourself lucky that your "1 week paypal" did not got limited, expectantly because you sold a high risk item. i would not touch the account for 1 month or so before withdrawing any more $, but that's me!
