It's been 180 Days since Suspension, No email yet - Should I call?
 

Hey everyone, it's been 180 days today since my account was suspended. I have not received the email about getting my funds out. Is it safe to call? Or will they ask me to provide more documents to get my funds out? Which is the best/safest ways to go about this ?

Id wait a few more days.
Then id log in to check and see if the funds are available for withdrawal and they simply didn't send the email.
And as a very last resort id call them if all else fails.
Be patient - just because its 180 days on the dot and they havnt emailed you doesnt mean its not going to happen.

Do you know cases when people got the "eligible for withdraw" e-mail after 200 or 300 days?

Follow up question......if YOU know it has been 185+ days for example, why not try to take the money out?

I had the same problem and waited 190 days and i still didn't get a notice to withdraw. I was very nervous, but i gave them a call. All she asked me was for my name and reason i called. I told her i wasn't able to withdraw my remaining funds after 180 days. She said she'll take a look and 1 minute later, she said you are good to go. I was able to withdraw my funds right away.
