Has anyone used Vumber or Sonetel for Phone
 

Has anyone tried Vumber or Sonetel for Phone #'s to use when setting up a Paypal Stealth? I, unfortunately, used a Google Voice # and got the dreaded $0 limit and 0 items.... don't want that to happen again.

Looked in to Sonotel for literally 30 seconds so this is not a definitive answer, but got a number issued to me and when I checked it out this is what I saw

Which would mean instant 0/0 if you tried to use it

What is so hard about getting a prepaid phone? are they difficult to get? expensive? not sure.

Cheapest I see is around $25... seems high compared to other options but if said options don't work then I will happily pay it. Just getting info before making the jump.

There are cheaper options than $25 per phone though.

Novice here... how would that work? You put it in your existing phone?

Buy a sim card, load it with money, receive calls and texts.

Can you advise me on where to get a good cheap phone to put the sim card in or what the best process is? Do you buy an old flip phone off ebay and then just use that? I'm assuming it would need to be unlocked? Am I making this more complicated than need be? Help, please. :tears:
