Paypal can't proceed payment for 1600 GBP
Hi everyone,
I called ebay and paypal but as I expected they are not able to help me, so I hope you will advice me.
So i wanted to buy a notebook on ebay.co.uk.
-I am using MOBILE internet from my phone
-I created new account on ebay and I tried to pay by debit card (limits on debit card are ok and it is not virtual card). The eBay returned a message that they can't process this payment method and they asked me to choose another one.
-I called my bank, however they told me that they didn't receive any money request - so I am sure it has been blocked by paypal
-ebay confirmed that they don't see any issue on the ebay account
-I opened an paypal account, verified with the debit card (it is a real one), verified with ID and proof of address, verified with bank account
-I tried to pay with the paypal account but still i CAN'T BE processed - at the checkout, when i choose the paypal method and i log on i am receiving a message saying "We can't process the payment method". I even't didn't have chance to click on "Confirm and Payment" on eBay
=> Could you help me with making the purchase? I think that paypal blocks the payment because I am using MOBILE internet, but I am not sure.
