I would like to add that they have delivered all of my 6 dedicated IPs within 48 hours. And they offer dedicated IP address changes for only $15. Pretty simple to do too. I'm not sure if IP burger offers this or not

IP Burger also allow you to change your IP for a $15 fee, and they'll give you a fresh new IP within minutes. Open a support ticket and they should assist you from there.
