Different Countries Less security?

Is there only major security in sending money for USA paypals? Or is it the same security for PayPals all over the world.

Once you have a verified PayPal account, there should be no difference when using it to send money. (Not sure I understood the question correctly)

It's usually best not to chime in if you don't know what you're talking about. There are dozens of obstacles a verified user can run into when trying to send money.

@OP - Can't say for certain but I would assume the security is universal worldwide. It's all the same company so I don't see why security would be any less strict on one country's Paypal site than another. Seems like their code would be the same across all servers.

I want to learn. Can you explain, please, how your reply to OP is different than mine?

Having a "verified" account means nothing when sending money.

All paypals are not created equally :) some countries have much lover security.

US is harder to work with than EU pp for sure, at least that's my experience.

From my own experience, you will need UK IP to set up the pp then (if you want to operate in the US), there will be an initial security check (unless you use the same computer you created the pp using UK IP)

I wouldn't take this as a good indication of Holland accounts in general...1 account is not enough proof

Yeah, there's a lot of bad advice floating around on this thread.

Stick with advice from the older, more reliable posters on this matter.

I do not think so. The main thing - the veracity of the data.
