Can I add this card?

So I have a 1+ year old Brazilian Paypal, spending $50 per day. Around 5 purchases per day.

If I try to add a US card under another name, do you guys think I will be limited?

Don't know the answer to your question but be also prepared to get a security check via SMS text code... will you pass that?
