eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - ACH mis-match name deposit?

BOA does work good, as does Wells Fargo & Chase. Any of the major banks have been proven to, in fact. Smaller community banks or credit unions may have issues esp. if they use a correpondent bank for their transactions.

As a general rule, best to stay away from online only banks or debit cards i.e. Greendot, GoBank, Ally, Metabank, etc..

Sending an third party ACH to any bank for over $200k in one shot is likely to cause issues. At the very least you can expect the fraud dept. to take a manual look and you'll get a phone call asking for explainations.

If you don't mind me asking, how much fund is in this PayPal you want to take out?
