Creating a US Paypal account overseas - any sense of using IPBurger?
 

Hi Guys,

I'm overseas and I would like to create a paypal account and link it to my BoA account. I know that paypal blocks access on an account from one country when trying to login from another. I have not tried creating an US account from overseas yet.

My question is: would it make sense to open the PayPal account through IPBurger? I am not planning on using it to do anything against the ToS, just buy stuff occasionally. So it should have no reason to be suspended.

What I'm worried is that in the future, when paypal works out the IP ranges of IPBurger and slam the accounts created/used by IPBurger, I could end up losing my legitimate account.

If you more experienced guys could shed some light in this scenario, it would be much appreciated.

If your looking to open a US PayPal then really using a US IP would be the best thing to use
