What are your guys opinions on the instant cash out coming out July 21.

Will it be able to cash out to the gift cards added use to confirm vcc

No it will not.
They already stated that only debit cards that qualify will be enrolled.
I highly doubt that a prepaid credit card (which now shows as such when you add it to paypal) will qualify as such a debit card.
But ill be quite happy if Im wrong.

You cannot add money to a prepaid gift card other then their initial value, period. Those networks do not allow it.

There are rechargeable prepaid cards, but they're not the same as gift cards.

They ARE a bank account, and act like one. They'll probably work, but until somebody tries nobody will know for sure.

As far as the instant deposit, why the heck should I pay to get my money 12 hours faster? The heck with that. That should be a part of what we already pay for.
