Paypals limited after cashout under the limit.
 

Hello guys,

Few UK stealth accounts, money sent from USA Paypal,under 2k$. Two successful withdrawals,limited accs and asked for the docs. Provided the docs, accounts were restored, tried to withdraw another batch, accs were limited and asked again for the docs.
Then tried to withdraw the same amount from new diffetent accounts, got limited after a day-two after withdrawals were requested & money returned in to the paypal.
Setup - vmware, doungle, fully verified.
Why the first 2 were successful, and the next ones weren't? Could have they be linked somehow ? Any suggestions ?
If accounts were linked somehow will they limit ones with 0 balance too?

Had this on multiple Eu accounts aswell something has changed since january, its not just myself its multiple friends with different creation methods etc even country ip. They stepped something up whatever that maybe.Ive noticed my plus 90 day from first fb we had less problems anything under suspended on withdrawal.

Thanks for the reply, looks like they're targeting particularly EU accounts(UK included). But I'm curious why few withdrawals were successful when anothers weren't. Human factory? Some reps approved, when others declined ? I really doubt that they appove withdrawals manually.

It's 100% automated , I did a test I found some old fb accs I'd made in 2015 every single one withdrew large amounts, the same days same methods etc on accs that had been feedbacked under 90 days 90% got suspended. My friend hadn't experienced it untill lately when he also started coming across this then another friend also as all there accs were old . Now they are making new ones they also lost them all. It's a combination of under 10 sales and under 90 days we believe .it makes sense they are limiting them with low fb, of course you can just provide the id etc.

People need to stop transferring large amounts from PayPal to PayPal on new accounts, it's that simple.
