OK I am very sorry if this has already been discussed, but i cant find it. What does your ebay feedback score have to be to get paypal to release funds instantly. Or better what do i have to do to get the money right away. I want to drop ship and need the money to purchase the items.

On all my newer accounts I noticed the holds going away completely after about 20 DSR's. I'm selling 15-25 dollar items so I'm sure they'd probably hit me with a hold if I changed that up.
