usually how long you will wait to withdraw?
 

I created a pp in May 26th and surprisingly when I received money from buyer, the funds shows complete in the account.

There's 3 transactions from ebay and total amount is 190$.

So yesterday 29th June I tried to withdraw 20$ out, then I got a messages says it's limited, asked me for a lot of documents.

I know this account is toasted, but I would like to know is it normal that funds status is complete for a new account, and usually what you gonna do to withdraw it? Takes one month or two month?

Really strange situation.

I wait at least 4-6 days AFTER the payments clear....maybe a little longer.
