Any update on phones that work to withdraw?

Okay so I tried using a Verizon prepaid phone to get the code for the security check at withdrawal, but it kept telling me the phone wasn't registered in my name (it was). Anyone have updates on what phones work to get the security check code? I'm talking more along the lines of prepaid, cheaper.

They're asking for the phone number you opened the account with
You can call in and update your phone number just ask the rep u would like to update your phone

That is false information. I keep all my original numbers and I have seen this is either 1. A glitch in their system or 2. They are doing it on purpose, I think the latter.

I haven't had any luck with any devices but I am sure there is a solution out there.

No phone number will work, this is a security feature Paypal implemented because there used to be a security flaw in their website regarding changing phone numbers. The best is to start fresh and create a new account with a phone number that you must maintain and have access to for the life of the account.

I've gotten this on literally every new account I try to withdraw from. Clearly not everyone doing stealth is just creating a new account or buying a new account if a security check occurs.

Keeping the original phone number does not mean you will not get this message. I have the original phone number on an account and I still get this message.
