Paypal need security check after 180days
 

After 180days , finally, paypal let me withdraw money, but the problem is when i withdraw money, there is a security, they want to confirm it is me. but the phone number which registerred on paypal is no longer available any more
i called paypal, they say the only way is to get my phone number back, but i really cant. what can i do now?
about request a check, it is a stealth account, the name on paypal is random, and also addresss

can i update address? and can i cash money out of check if it is not under my name?

can someone help me please

I was in the same position as you, call a few more times until you get the desired result because I find with PayPal everyone says something different and has different abilities.

You can try adding and confirming a new number but when I had your problem they gave me the ability to skip the whole confirmation nonsense, also try using the app.
