How should I create this stealth Paypal?
 

Hello,

I need an account that receives $300 payments, no holds. (not eBay)

I'll use a VPN or VPS. I plan to create it from scratch, so I'll buy a VCC. Anything else needed? Like a VBA?

I just want to be able to receive $300s, and be able to spend about 80% of it. Can any account receive unlimited and spend unlimited?

The thing is: I used entropay(VCC) on a stealth Paypal on VPN. I got email that said my card had some "unusual activity" (there was no spending/receiving activity). Weird.

Your not going to be able to create an account from scratch that doesn't get holds

Agree with jamesnorth, not going to happen.

The email that says something like "we've noticed some unusual activity on your credit card" is a scam email, how would PP know if your card has any activity of any kind? Sometimes you'll get a notice that your card on file has expired, though.

As an aside, I've think I've been seeing people say entropay isn't working with PP any more in the US.

Its the entropay that causes this issue in the UK. I would guess its the same in the USA

Learn to start making the accounts from scratch correctly. I can't recommend it enough.

In terms of holds, that's not possible as it's in the control of Paypal
