When I logged in to firstchoicepay there was attached my Payoneer card. So i think they are part of Payoneer for UK.

The UK paypal helped me withdrew about 10 payments/160 pounds in total. It was closed by paypal today. My friend can't even log into his account, and when I tried to send a payment it appeared the email is not registered. Unfortunately, the email about more details is deleted by mistake, so I can't provide more info.

Good luck for others who have the same thought to withdraw from stealth. And congra for those paypal spies who may be the direct force on cutting this withdraw method.

I don't understand why would anyone use 40 accounts.. It makes things a lot of harder and time consuming...

Because when your transaction amount or speed on a single account goes up, paypal will limit your account. If I had a choice, I wouldnt have registered that many accts.
