Withdrawing From A Limited Paypal

I have some money in a very old limited paypal account. I uploaded the passport and rang paypal up and the woman said that i will be told within 72 hours whether i will receive my money as she sent it to the senior review team. Is this normal?

That sounds pretty normal to me :)

They often don't keep to their time scales though

It's usually 24hrs or under but they say up to 72hrs just in case.

PayPal are pretty slow as of recent with doc reviews, been waiting a week now.
