release funds digital ?
 

hello i have a friend who wanted to pay me back for something. The problem is that hes from Singapore so he had to send it as a payment. how will he be able to release it to me? i marked it as digital and said it was sent .

anyone ? i marked it as processed and its still 21 days. he confirmed it too.

Looks like you are new to the world of PP. Holds are norm for new accounts until you build more trust with PP. These can be achieved by continuing to do more transactions until PP deems your account worthy enough to not have holds. Waiting is the name of the game at your stage.

nope im not,i just started recently getting holds on paypal only tho so i am new to this. is it true it will be released 14 days after being marked as delivered? my friend confirmed it too. this is not ebay its paypal.

You can have a long established account, but anything they consider different or high risk can put the 21 day hold on again, sometimes for a week sometimes longer. Getting a payment from overseas sounds like something that could easily make that happen, just like sometimes if I get a payment for in the USA and then the same person sends me anther payment within a few hours, bam! I get the holds on for a few payments and then they're gone again. Anything new, different, or that they can see as high risk or unusual, the holds very easily can pop back on again.

Yes, it will be released. This is normal for PayPal. :nerd:
