Same name as previously suspended paypal accts
 

I know this question probably may has been answered before, but it is hard to find now, so I have to ask again.

If your previous paypal account is suspended under a common name in your country like John Smith in the USA, is that a big linking issue? Or it is just weak and your accts could survive for a couple months unless Paypal purposely do some check.

If that's a weak link, I think it may not be a big problem for countries where banks don't accept mismatching name deposit.

If that name is flagged, then yes, it's a high risk.

But otherwise, it's a weak link. So perhaps you should try and see what happens?

Try using a name variant, such as 'John Q Smith' or 'J Smith'. All other info must be different.

but common names wont get banned , only perculiar names that stand out

That's what I am thinking about, it is too much work to manually search for every John smith account
