I finally created a stealth acc that worked - question to withdraw to visa card
 

My Paypal accounts was limited this week (personal and business), all information legit and no chargeback. They held my money as well for 180 days.
Following the steps on this forum, I created a new stealth Paypal account just to pay services - linked to my card.
Now I want create a new personal account with my original name but with a "common name mismatch", to can withdraw funds to my visa card.
Is it possible? Name abbreviation or related?

I don't believe you can 'withdraw to your visa card'. Perhaps somebody will come along and correct me.

You can use a re-loadable prepaid card because they're in effect a bank account with a debit card, those can be used with PP, but the names have to match. Some have high fees and other issues, and most of the people here don't like them, but if you can't open a bank account you might not have much choice.

Best bet is to open a bank account with a bank that doesn't require matching name deposits.

Some Countries do allow to withdraw to a Visa/MC Card.

Withdrawing to Card with name mismatch might work depending on the issuer of the card.

Which country are we talking about? I guess this is crucial to help you.

Withdrawing to card works for certains counties only... not US or UK tho'

if you withdrawing in entropay then simple mis match name wont effect the withdrawl
