Problem add bank account in limited PayPal

Hello guys.
Who can't add bank account in limited paypal ? , i think many people have this problem.
PayPal don't allowed adding bank account in limited paypal acc.

Who resolve it ?
please help

Don't ask me calling in paypal, i need different way for resolve this problem

I'm afraid your only option is to call PayPal because you can keep trying all you want but only PP can help you add the bank account.

Try adding the account using their phone (IVR) system instead of online.

I once couldn't add the account to my limited PP, but did so via phone. Just make sure you enter the routing and acct #'s correctly the first time! I made this mistake and it caused problems, good thing the money bounced back after a few days.
