Is possible to withdraw USA Paypal money to payoneer

I want to withdraw my USA paypal money to my country. I'm not from USA. But I have a payoneer account. So can I join that payoneer account to my USA paypal and withdraw? Is that possible now?

Please help me to solve this issue
