Please don't ever say use your bank account Lmfao its not gonna happen, this will get me limited immediately so think people!!
People ask me to buy bitcoin **** no I don't wanna bitcoin coin I just need cash who the hell uses bitcoin??

You can buy cash on eBay or buy a gift card with your PayPal balance, just google 'buying gift card with paypal'.

The truth is you are asking a question and then making it impossible to assist you. Your parameters are impossible.
How many ways exactly do you think there are to cashout a paypal account? Its not rocket science. You either withdraw to a bank account or you use the funds in the account - that's it. There are no 'magical' solutions.

- withdrawal to your bank account

- buy cash on ebay for extra money (like people said)

- buy gift cards from (egifter.com) for exmaple, it accept paypal

- buy bitcoins

- buy from yourself if you have another account with withdraw opption but (very risky)

cash and btcs need id for most sellers is the problem,due to scammers. his best method is to add a bank account or buy stuff with the cash and sell it locally.

Just curious why you will not consider adding your own bank account to withdraw funds.
It would simplify the process and save you a LOT of money that would be lost cashing out using other methods.
The only thing I can think of is being involved in extremely shady stuff that youre worried can be tracked back to you via the bank account...

Paxful.com is a viable solution. I was puzzled over this myself since trading btc seems confusing and would require some history. This site is very good. Also, BTC ATM if one exists in your city will eject fiat currency

go to Reddit and /r/bitcoin or a related sub for newcomers - will have trustworthy crowdsourced information
