Resolution Center Not Loading
 

PayPal accounts are in good standing, however across a few accounts I have chargebacks opened that require my action. When I click on the link to go to the case details/take action, it just shows a loading spinner front and center on my screen and PayPal does not load the page. This has begun happening since paypal's new resolution center layout they just started rolling out a few weeks ago.

I have tried opening pp in another browser but it still did not work. Had the same issues.

So far this issue is occurring across 3 different accounts. I want to see if this is a pp glitch happening to other people, or if it is something I am going to need to call pp about (trying to avoid that).

How do you have a lot of chargebacks? Hmm something's not right...

Throughout all my stealth accounts and sales, I currently have 3 pending chargebacks on 3 different accounts for transactions that were "not authorized" by the buyer and is being disputed through their financial institution. This really isn't a lot nor is it the issue. It's the functionality of paypal's resolution center.

This sometimes runs slow for me as well.

Clear cache and cookies and log back in, see if that helps.

If you don't want to lose your history and cookies, which you probably don't, create a new user account and log in from there instead. As long as you're not withdrawing or trying to change anything it probably won't trigger a bot rampage.

I tried logging in from a different browser that had no cookie or browsing history of any sort but it was still giving me the same problem.
