CA Paypals - no 200/20000$ limit?

Hey guys, I was told by a reputable member here that Canadian Paypals will not need to provide tax info when they hit the 200 goods and services limit, and that you will have an option to choose you are not a US citizen as a workaround. I would like some extra reassurance that this is indeed true before I go ahead and set one up for myself!

u can but if u sell a lot they are going to want proof of your business just like any other country.
