Question PayPal asks for SS# when I try to use PayPal plug in
Hello!

I have a 30 days old PayPal account. I tried to use the PayPal plug in on that account and PayPal wants me to enter my SS# for security reasons.

Is that a new thing with PayPal? I opened that account with my real information, real address, bank account and credit card.

paypal started this procedure about 9 weeks ago, so not really new. Up to you what to do about the plug-in now

I love the plugin. less chances of losing money to 180 day holds. too bad they made it more complicated to use.

so you cant use the plug in anymore without ssn? is there no way past that?

How do you not paypal in the US aspkin lol you mean like buying in other countries?

Yeah they started the ssn to use plug-in along time ago its probly been 4-5 months now. cause thats when i stoped useing paypal and its been a long times sence i used paypal. like back in may
