I'm looking for a fully verified paypal with no sending/withdrawing/receiving limits.
I'm not looking for any ebay account...

Where can I buy one?
Is anyone selling one here on this forum?

I've looked at the marketplace and I think I may have found what I'm looking for.
How do I avoid getting scammed? Does this forum have middlemen or an escrow system?

All the forum sellers he are approved sellers. They all have a great track record :)

We also use an iTrader system here so you can see all the feedback that other buyers have left for forum sellers

If there are ever issues with a purchase you just need to reach out to the account seller first and then to me if you cannot come to an agreement.

If you have a look at the far right of any posts you will see a persons stats. Mine for example is

iTrader: (243)'

If you click the blue number (243 at the moment) that takes you to the iTrader page.

Its the same for all forum sellers :)

Yep... this forum has the best run/managed group of sellers of any site I follow. Just make sure you're buying from an approved seller, and your risk level is lower than anywhere else on the internet, in my experience. I personally feel comfortable paying any of the approved sellers in that part of the site with Friends & Family payments, I've never had a problem here. Ever.
