 I need help, I am from philippines and I cant receive donation from US
So i basically created a business paypal and completed all paypal business setup except the raise of withdrawal limit. The NGO i work is based on AU and they want to use local details and bank details here for less work for them. What would probably be the problem that US payments are not able to push through. I am using a thirdparty website to create the fundraiser that automatically send the payments to my paypal account. US colleagues confirmed paypal checkout wont push the payments. I have been figuring this out for 1week already and i went into this forum to find answers and maybe the experts here have something very important to share that might help. I emailed them by the way yesterday and still did not respond until now.
I made USD as my main currency. Maybe this is the problem?
I use my home ip, no socks no VPN no proxy
The PP account is 1week old by the way
I enabled express checkout but do i need to ask for .my API key?
What am i missing here? Please help me. Thanks
