No one in the forum sells accounts with transaction history? I just see brand new accounts I need minimal transaction history, no one can help???

I can see at least four sellers that have accounts with feedback for sale.

Feedback = transaction history.

I'm sure you are able to find your way to the marketplace without me holding your hand.

You didn't specify that it was only a Paypal account you were after. If it's that important, buy both and ditch the ebay account.

All the sellers that sell accounts with transaction history have eBay & PayPal combination accounts

You can always buy that and then just not use the eBay

So much better to just spend 2 months and build up your own Paypal. Or even buying a new Paypal from here and building it up would be better than buying an already used one. Because chances are the account sellers here who are selling accounts with "history" build up that history by selling cheap low-risk crap. So when you start running transactions through the Paypal account which aren't for cheap, inexpensive crap, you have a high chance of being limited.

Know what I mean? Just get a Paypal and build it up.

I'm saying that based upon your previous history on other threads.

I agree, you should start your own PP and build it up yourself with a little patience and by the application of some minor effort.

By doing so you also learn things you would never begin to guess by just buying it.
