Downloading your transaction history/buyer emails

So I'm looking for a way to download my transaction history on PP into spreadsheet format. More specifically, I'm interested in the buyer's emails and names so I can do a little email marketing for a website that I'm building outside of eBay.

I understand that at some point there used to be some option to download this information into excel format, but I dont see the option for it anymore. Can anyone help me?

It's really easy to export order details in Excel format from the reporting center on business accounts. I'm not sure if the feature is even available on personal accounts though. I'll do some digging around and see if I can find out how to do it on a personal account.

Yes if business account you can easily do it in REPORT -> Activity download -> All transactions
