info regarding australian stealth account id upload

hi all,
help please!! :) limited

need some feedback to know if using bogus passport-copy for australian paypal account will work?

i believe i will need to upload:
1. passport id
2. address proof / bill
3. working mobile number

at the start of the id process, there is a checkbox to agree to paypal using "veda" credit database to verify the person is real.
my account is limited for id check.
