Should I Upgrade to a PayPal Business Account? NEED ADVICE
 

So recently I have been selling on my website instead of stealth accounts. Using my main PayPal account (not stealth), which is from 2013 and well established. Just a sole proprietor, nothing fancy. The standard procedure was:

1. Buyer contacts me to purchase.
2. I send them PayPal email to send money (Goods and Services).
3. Buyer pays by sending the money to the email I provided.
4. I ship and upload tracking.

I am predicting to do quite a bit more in the next few months to come, around 15k-20k a month. Should I upgrade to a business paypal? I am thinking of doing invoices instead of people sending the money (not sure if it raises any red flags). Any difference between a business and personal paypal? Any kind of feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I know that depending on what you sell, and if you see increased sales volume, PayPal would be pushing you to upgrade to a business account. They did the same to me when I started receiving larger payments than my typical volume.

One PayPal rep told me that if you plan on using your PayPal to sell items, it should be a business paypal. Not sure that's 100% true in all cases, as I don't take literally what PayPal says is fact.

What point is there for most people to even have a PP if they're not selling... seriously, these people in CS must be hired for low intelligence...

When I am about to create some stealth accounts.
Should I mix between personal and business or make them all business?
