Hello,

So I created a new paypal account. I did all the required steps which required giving various information including business information, proof of ID & address, I also added a cc.

The question is simple - how do I know when my account is fully verified and confirmed?

Its verified when you add a bank account

Its confirmed when you add a card

Its fully verified when you add in the documents they need and they are accepted (they will email you when its accepted)

Its verified when you were doing these thing. You don't need to know when it confirm.In simple words its confirm automatically

You need the bank account to withdraw funds.

I can withdraw to the cc I added before (and confirmed my account).

Yes. Adding, then following verification steps gives the account a strength boost.

Not with PayPal UK. You can only withdraw to the bank attached.

Right away is fine. Just take it super slow.

Its gonna be added to an existing ebay acc, how much sales should I keep per month? Can I go over 500£?

You cannot withdraw to a card in the UK

Has to be a bank account

and also, reusing accounts linked to suspended accounts can result in suspension of new accounts. Bear that in mind.

I am aware of suspension of this kind. But I need that account running until I build up my other account, since I have been using this main account only and have not had any back up accounts. That is also why I am asking what strateg to use to create new paypal accounts?
