PayPal shows that my card is not verified

Hello. I have added card to my paypal and verified it. But the PayPal still asks me to verify that even I have already verified that. What I need to do? Paypal is created on Paypal.de

Just adding a card to use to pay does not verify it. You have to do it as part of the lifting your limits process.

Your account becomes verified when you add a bank account

You do not understand what I am talking about. I've said I added card. Then I have added expuse code but the paypal still asks me to add expuse code even I have already did it.
