The stealth book says that VCC works but PayPal does not take long ago Virtual Credit

Hello everyone, dear friends, I ran into an unpleasant situation. PayPal does not accept a virtual credit card for a very long time.
The stealth book says that PayPal accepts VCC and that it can be bought on the forum. But PayPal only accepts physical cards with a name and surname. Is there a mistake in the book? What to do in this case? Please advise something.

Paypal perfectly accepts virtual cards. If you are unable to add a card, it is either very overabused BIN, or the card does not have some balance.

PayPal does accept VCCs

Not all VCCs, but a lot of them

The vast majority of VCCs work fine on Paypal.
