Does Paypal know which auto payment account you are linking to?
 

When you pay with Paypal to some services providers, they initiated an link with your paypal so that every month those providers could automatically take money from your paypal.

Take Vultr for example, if my Vultr is paid and linked with a previous suspended paypal account, would the link to my new paypal causes danger? Does paypal know this specific Vultr account is linked to a previous suspended paypal account and then put a red flag on my new linked paypal account？
