Opening Latvian PayPal from Sweden
Hello, I was thinking of opening a PayPal account based in Latvia, while operating it from Sweden, where I live. I currently have 2 swedish paypals, and want a third in another country that allows withdrawals to prepaid cards. Latvia is one of these countries. I was thinking that what I would need is a latvian ip adress, a latvian phone number, and adress and name from Latvia. I was thinking about the verification process, and card withdrawal. Is it necessary for me to send in documents and also add a bank account in order for me to withdraw to the card? I do not plan on withdrawing too much at a time, and I will wait a long time before I start withdrawing, I will take it slow. I just need some advice on how to do this the best way, please help me if you have any experience with Latvian accounts or similar. Thank you in advance. |
